Azurewrath is a unique one-handed Sword that can only be equipped by the Barbarian, Necromancer and Rogue and can be found in any World Tier. Better versions can drop in higher World Tiers:
- Sacred - Item Power 625 - 750 - Drop in World Tier 3. Must be character level 35 to equip.
- Ancestral - Item power 780 - 925 - Drop in World Tier 4. Must be character level 55 to equip.
To target farm the Azurewrath head to the Gaping Crevasse (Map) near Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel.
The Barbarian has access to other specific Barbarian Unique Items, as does the Necrmancer and Rogue.

AzurewrathThe ancient runeblade of the angel Izual, Azurewrath was miraculously spared the corruption that consumed its master Type: Unique Sword Description: Lucky Hit - Your Core Skills have up to a 20% chance to Freeze enemies for 3 seconds and deal 3.0-4.5 Cold damage to them. The Azurewrath has a flat damage effect, which scales with power. |
