The Oculus

The Oculus is a unique Wand that can only be equipped by the Sorcerer and can be found in any World Tier. Better versions can drop in higher World Tiers:

• Sacred - Item Power 625 - 750 - Drop in World Tier 3. Must be character level 35 to equip.
• Ancestral - Item power 780 - 925 - Drop in World Tier 4. Must be character level 55 to equip.

The Oculus can be target farmed from The Beast in the Ice.

The Sorcerer has access to other specific Sorcerer Unique Items.

The Oculus The rhythm of the orb, which had pulsed steadily for five centuries, quickened as its owner took his final ragged breaths. It were as if some intelligence within reveled in the sight.- Master Eos Type: Unique Wand Class: Sorcerer Description: Gain the effect of the Teleport Enchantment for free. When you Evade using Teleport Enchantment, you are taken to a random location.

Affixes: % Lucky Hit Chance + [# - #] Damage + 5 - 10 Ranks of Teleport + 1 - 2 Max Evade Charges Attacks reduce Evade's Cooldown by 0.6 - 0.8 secs
