Fleshrender can be target farmed from Lord Zir.

The Druid has access to other specific Druid Unique Items.

Patch 1.4.0, May 14, 2024

Damage bonus increased from 10% to 15%.
Previous – Debilitating Roar and Blood Howl deal damage to Nearby Poisoned enemies, increased by 15% for every 100 Willpower you have.
Now – Casting a Defensive Skill deals damage to Nearby Poisoned enemies, increased by 15% for every 100 Willpower you have.

Damage While Shapeshifted Affix increased by 100%.
Damage While Healthy Affix replaced with Core Skill Damage.
The damage dealt to Poisoned enemies from Debilitating Roar and Blood Howl is now increased by x10% for each 100 Willpower you have.
