Lucky Hit Chance is a percentage value placed on skills in Diablo 4.
There is a chance that a random effect will happen during an attack and these effects are found on skills, passives, items, and Legendary Aspects.
Alongside the effect applied by one of the above, every skill has a set base Lucky Hit Chance. This set base value is multiplied by the Lucky Hit Effect.
For example, if a weapon has a Hit Effect value, it would also be multiplied by a skill's Lucky Hit Chance.
Lucky hit chance values on skills are viewed on the Advanced Tooltips only. This can be set to active in the options.
